Cancellation Policy
Payment is due in FULL at booking. Party favor count is due within 14 days of the event date and will be charged at that time. If cancelation is needed, Literacy Kid Lounge will reinburse via SHOP CREDIT, which will be 50% of the origial total. Kindly cancel your event within 14 days of the event to retain your 50% credit.
